Feeling too busy to manage stress effectively as a university student? Come learn about the benefits of restorative breath, try new techniques for relaxation such as muscle tension reduction, and learn new tips for taking time to pause and recharge.  

Dates: January 12, February 16, March 23, April 20, and May 18, 2017

Time:  1:00 p.m. – 2:30 pm

Feeling too busy or stressed as a university student to sleep properly? Come learn about what you can do to improve your sleep and feel more rested and refreshed. 

Dates:  January 19, February 23, March 30, April 27, and May 25, 2017

Time:  1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

                     214 College Street, Room A, 2nd Floor (enter through Housing Services)

Facilitators:  Dr. Mariana Wainer-Fickert, C.Psych. & Sarah Dulmage, RN MN

Cancellations:   There is a charge of $60.00 for each missed workshop if 48-hours’                         

                     notice of cancellation is not provided.
